The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence for Classic Mouldings Limited’s range of premium interior and architectural products. Based at the Main Showroom on Mombasa Road, Nairobi, this full-time, on-site role reports to the General Manager and focuses on B2B and B2C sales across interior design, construction, and architectural sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and onboard new clients in the interior design, construction, and architectural sectors.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and pipeline management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and property developers.
Conduct client visits, site follow-ups, and product demonstrations to showcase design and material solutions.
Prepare and present accurate quotations, proposals, and tailored design solutions in collaboration with technical and design teams.
Maintain updated client records and sales reports within the CRM system to track performance and engagement.
Keep up-to-date with product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
Work closely with showroom, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth client experiences and timely deliveries.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in interior design, architectural finishes, construction materials, or related industries.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
Key Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities across the design and construction ecosystem.
High initiative, self-motivation, and accountability with a results-driven mindset.
Professional demeanor with a keen eye for design aesthetics and customer satisfaction.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with CRM or sales management software.
