Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Nairobi. As a Field Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships within the construction industry. If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record in the construction sector, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry, 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders, 3. Provide product information and conduct demonstrations to prospective clients, 4. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets, 5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, 6. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: 1. Diploma in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent, 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales within the construction industry, 3. Strong understanding of the construction industry and related products, 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, 5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, 6. Self-motivated and able toy work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools, 7.
