The Information and Technology Intern will support KeNIC’s ICT operations by providing technical assistance, system support, and documentation. This three-month internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and networking while enabling the intern to build technical skills, gain industry exposure, and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to internal and external users.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Perform WHOIS checks and data cleanup activities.
Support systems documentation and record-keeping activities.
Assist with general IT and system administration tasks as assigned.
Perform any other relevant duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

Recent graduate holding a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT course.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is an added advantage.
Understanding of network protocols and system administration tasks.
