The National Social Security Fund invites applications from qualified Kenyan youth for its 2026/ 2027 Internship Programme. This one year programme offers practical on the job experience across the Fund’s head office and branches nationwide, supporting the Government Youth Initiative to develop talent for the Kenyan labour market.

Basic Requirements

Must hold a Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution and have the certificate.
Must be an unemployed Kenyan youth aged between 20 and 34 years.
Must have graduated within the last five years.
Must provide a recommendation letter from the institution attended.
Must not have undertaken any internship or gained work experience since graduation.
Must be available for the full one year duration without interruption.

Personal Attributes

High level of integrity.
Goal oriented, self driven and diligent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in ICT skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties will be assigned by respective department heads and supervisors during the internship period.
