The Teachers Service Commission (TSC), a constitutional independent body under Article 237 of the Constitution of Kenya (2010), is offering internship opportunities for the 2025/2026 period. This initiative is part of the Government Internship Policy aimed at equipping Kenyan youth with hands-on experience to boost their career readiness and competitiveness.

Available Positions (30 Total)

Information Communication Technology (ICT) – 5 positions
Records Management – 10 positions
Human Resource Management and Development – 13 positions
Counselling – 2 positions

Internship Details

Duration: 12 months
Stipend: Kshs. 25,000 per month
Workstations: Successful candidates will be placed either at TSC Headquarters or County offices.

Basic Requirements

Must hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor's or Diploma) in the respective areas.
Must be a Kenyan youth aged between 21 and 35 years.
Must have graduated within the last 2–5 years from an accredited institution.
Must be currently unemployed and not have previously participated in a public sector internship.
Must possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct at the time of engagement.

Additional Requirements

Interns must have personal accident insurance and valid medical insurance coverage for the internship period.
Candidates should demonstrate integrity, self-drive, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
