The successful candidate will support human resource operations by assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll administration, staff training, and other HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll administration, leave management, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Support the coordination of staff training and performance appraisal activities.
Support employee relations and disciplinary processes.
Prepare HR reports and provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR practices is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
