Zeraki is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Human Resource Officer. The successful candidate will support the delivery of HR services by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, employee relations, learning initiatives, and HR operations while ensuring compliance and excellent employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, leave, attendance, benefits, payroll inputs, employee records, and offboarding.
Coordinate recruitment from workforce requests and job advertising through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Support performance management, performance improvement plans, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility processes.
Coordinate learning needs assessments, training programmes, onboarding learning journeys, and employee development initiatives.
Support employee relations by handling employee queries, grievances, disciplinary processes, and investigations while ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, culture, internal communication, and feedback initiatives.
Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, reports, and support continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
CHRP qualification or progress toward CHRP is an added advantage.
IHRM membership or eligibility for membership is desirable.
One to two years of progressive HR experience, preferably across more than one HR function.
Practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, or employee engagement.
Experience coordinating HR processes or projects from start to finish.
Working knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, HRIS, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
