Kiharu Technical College Murang'a is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Executive Driver, Director's Office. The successful candidate will provide safe and reliable transportation to the Director while supporting the daily logistical needs of the Director's Office with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Position Details

Position: Executive Driver, Director's Office.
Reference: KTCM/VOL C/J/26-1.
Number of Positions: One.
Employer: Kiharu Technical College Murang'a.
Location: Murang'a County, Kiharu Constituency, along Murang'a Mugoiri Highway, 400 metres from Mukuyu Town.
Institution: TVETA Approved Institution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Safely transport the Director to meetings, official events, and airport transfers as required.
Monitor traffic and weather conditions to determine the safest and most efficient travel routes.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, carry out routine mechanical checks, and coordinate regular servicing.
Perform official errands and provide logistical and administrative support to the Director's Office.
Ensure full compliance with traffic regulations and maintain high safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

KCSE Certificate or equivalent with a minimum grade of D Plain.
Valid driving licence with the appropriate classes for passenger and commercial vehicles in accordance with current NTSA guidelines.
Defensive Driving Certificate from a recognized institution.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
At least five years of relevant driving experience, preferably serving senior management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
