Savannah Informatics is seeking an Office Manager to coordinate office administration, support organizational operations, and serve as an Executive Assistant to the company's directors. The successful candidate will help create and maintain an efficient, professional, and organized work environment while supporting day to day office activities, executive scheduling, supplier management, and company events. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, front office operations, customer service, or similar service oriented environments.
Organize meetings and manage meeting room schedules.
Coordinate travel arrangements, transport, and accommodation bookings for staff.
Support the People and Talent team in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
Maintain supplier databases and Know Your Customer records, ensuring information remains up to date.
Manage office suppliers and procure stationery, technology equipment, kitchen supplies, and other office necessities.
Supervise office assistants and cleaning staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Implement and maintain effective office administration systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with fire, health, and workplace safety requirements.
Provide Executive Assistant support to company directors, including calendar management, communication coordination, and travel planning.
Attend management meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes and action items.
Support human resource and finance functions by maintaining records and administrative documentation.
Manage office correspondence, inquiries, complaints, and general administrative requests.
Prepare letters, presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.
Monitor office equipment and ensure shared resources are properly maintained and returned in good condition.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment and coordinate cleaning schedules when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in the hospitality industry.
One to two years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in hospitality operations, front office administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role is highly desirable.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with technology and office management software.
Commercial and financial awareness.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
