Position Details

Position: Business Development Associate.
Employer: Zeraki.
Job Type: Full Time.
Gross Salary: Ksh 35,000 to Ksh 45,000 plus commissions.
Work Locations: Uasin Gishu, Turkana, Mombasa, and Lamu or Tana River.

Key Responsibilities

Sell Zeraki educational technology products to schools.
Onboard new customers.
Support existing customers.
Gather customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction and business strategies.

Qualifications

Passion for education and educational technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with schools.
Self motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work long hours, nights, or weekends when required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
Resilient with the ability to recover from setbacks and continue pursuing sales opportunities.
No prior experience is required. Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
