The successful candidate will manage the organization's general accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulations. Position Details

Position: Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cashiers.
Develop and implement effective accounting strategies.
Manage tax planning, compliance, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Oversee inventory accounting, inventory control, and cost control activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner.
Manage reconciliations for bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Prepare monthly cash flow projections and perform cash flow analysis.
Establish systems for cost sensitivity and early warning of cost overruns.
Implement internal control mechanisms and financial process improvements.
Participate in internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce degree, CPA K, Finance, Accounts, or a related qualification.
Registered with ICPAK.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, other Microsoft tools, and Sage ERP.
