Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 2 years experience in a customer service, front office, call center, or client facing role.
Real estate or property experience is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Comfortable working across WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Calm, patient, and solutions oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Based in or willing to work from Nairobi.
