The SBM Bank Kenya Internship Program offers recent graduates a one-month opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic banking environment. Interns will be placed within the Operations Department at the Head Office, where they will participate in meaningful projects that provide practical exposure to the workings of a financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations within the department under supervision.
Assist in executing operational and administrative banking tasks.
Participate in projects aimed at improving service delivery and efficiency.
Gain exposure to banking systems, customer service processes, and financial operations.
Learn and uphold the Bank’s values of simplicity, integrity, and customer centricity.
Qualifications
Recent graduate or final-year student from a recognized university.
Strong interest in the banking and financial services industry.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, professional environment.
