The KCB 2026 Management Trainee Programme is a 24 month graduate development programme designed to identify, develop, and prepare the next generation of banking leaders. Eligibility Requirements

Recent graduate within the last two years from a recognised institution.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Business related field, or Law. Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya is an added advantage for Law graduates.
Strong leadership potential and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the banking industry and innovation.
Excellent numeracy and financial acumen.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
