The Sales Intern at Jubilee Life Insurance Limited is an entry level role designed to support the distribution of insurance solutions and customer engagement. The intern will work under the guidance of a Sales Manager to grow their agency, generate business, and contribute to expanding Jubilee Life’s market share. The position is available in multiple locations across Kenya including Nairobi, Mombasa, Thika, Nyeri, Meru, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Kisii.

Key Responsibilities

Attend product and sales training sessions to understand company offerings and sales techniques.
Prospect for potential clients and present Jubilee Life products.
Solicit and acquire new business on behalf of the company.
Provide customer service and relay client information to the company.
Uphold and promote the company’s brand image.
Achieve set sales targets including number of policies, annualized premiums, persistency, and renewal business.
Attend meetings for training, supervision, and performance review.
Comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 years.
Graduate, diploma, or certificate holder.
Minimum KCSE grade of C minus.
Basic IT and digital skills.
Self driven, disciplined, and results oriented with a positive attitude.
