The role is responsible for transforming technology investments across ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e commerce, fleet, surveillance, corporate Information Technology, and future digital platforms into measurable business growth, operational excellence, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Translate corporate strategy into a three to five year digital roadmap with measurable business value.
Prioritize technology programs with clear return on investment and measurable business outcomes including efficiency, resilience, and customer value.
Drive implementation of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e commerce, and fleet solutions while creating a connected enterprise architecture.
Establish API and event driven integration to improve visibility across the supply chain, finance, and customer operations.
Institutionalize a secure digital workspace through access governance, endpoint protection, encrypted collaboration, and data lifecycle policies.
Ensure company controlled retention of sensitive data across all systems.
Lead a risk based cybersecurity program by enforcing Zero Trust principles, continuous monitoring, and disaster recovery testing while integrating physical and digital security into enterprise monitoring.
Establish enterprise data governance, master data management, and high quality reporting while deploying advanced analytics and artificial intelligence for demand forecasting, maintenance, and supply chain optimization.
Lead Information Technology service management through service level agreements, experience level agreements, automation, vendor optimization, strategic contract management, and cost optimization.
Build a digitally fluent Information Technology team with strong business alignment and drive structured change management to support technology adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Technology and Business.
More than five years of experience in Information Technology or digital leadership with enterprise wide responsibility and more than five years at Chief Executive level or equivalent.
Proven track record of delivering multi system transformation projects including ERP, CRM, MES, e commerce, and fleet systems.

Key Competencies

Expertise in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Information Technology and operational technology convergence.
Strong financial and business acumen with experience in total cost of ownership, return on investment, and value realization.
Exceptional stakeholder management and board level communication skills.
