Key Responsibilities

Provide first line technical support and end to end solutions to end users.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, and ICT equipment.
Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT systems, networks, and technological infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance, updates, and performance tuning.
Support ICT security, data backup, and recovery processes.
Maintain ICT asset records, technical documentation, and support logs.
Provide user guidance and training on effective and secure use of technology.
Escalate complex technical and network issues where necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in computer systems, networks, hardware, software, and end user technical support.
Professional certification such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or Google IT Support.
Practical experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
Good understanding of ICT systems maintenance, network support, data backup, and basic information security practices.
