Victory Farms is seeking a qualified and analytical candidate for the position of Data and Reporting Analyst. The successful candidate will support data driven decision making by delivering accurate analysis, insightful reporting, and actionable recommendations that enhance operational performance.

Position Details

Position: Data and Reporting Analyst.
Employer: Victory Farms.
Location: Nairobi and Homabay, with regular travel to logistic centers nationwide.
Reporting To: Data and Reporting Lead.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on visualization tools such as Power BI development and tabular data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, DAX, or similar data analysis tools and programming languages.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data analysis projects from inception to completion.
Certification in Power BI or related technologies is an added advantage.
