Royal Mabati Factory Limited is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager. The successful candidate will drive delivery of the Chief Information Officer's digital transformation roadmap by coordinating enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and cross functional technology initiatives from initiation through go live. The role also leads project coordinators, project support staff, and systems tech interns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Information Technology project portfolio, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management for each initiative.
Coordinate delivery of enterprise system projects including ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e commerce, and fleet systems in partnership with business and vendor stakeholders.
Track milestones, dependencies, and benefits realization against the Chief Information Officer's digital roadmap.
Drive structured change management through communications, training, and support to secure user adoption after go live.
Coordinate go live and hypercare support with project coordinators and the systems tech support team.
Coordinate implementation partners and vendors to keep projects aligned to scope, schedule, and cost.
Provide regular project status, risk, and benefits reporting to the Chief Information Officer and steering committees.
Lead project coordinators, project support staff, and systems tech support interns across concurrent projects.
Build project management capability and disciplined delivery practices across the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Three to five or more years of experience managing Information Technology or digital transformation projects, ideally with enterprise system implementations including ERP, CRM, MES, or e commerce.
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum is preferred.
