Victory Farms is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Systems Lead. The successful candidate will own and enhance the ERPNext and Frappe platform, lead a team of developers, and support enterprise systems across the organization.

Position Details

Position: Systems Lead.

Reporting To: Director of Data and Technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in ERPNext and Frappe development and customization, including experience in a lead or senior role.
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
Deep knowledge of the Frappe framework, ERPNext modules, workflows, and architecture.
Experience integrating ERPNext with external systems and APIs, including M-Pesa, Daraja, Microsoft 365, and Power Automate.
Familiarity with MariaDB, MySQL, SQL, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem solving, project management, and communication skills.
Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi entity operating environment and Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
