Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming experience for all guests.
Assist with front office operations and guest check in and check out procedures.
Manage reservations and coordinate guest requests efficiently.
Help guests discover Nairobi and Kenya through thoughtful recommendations and local knowledge.
Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

Passion for high end hospitality and excellent guest service.
Friendly, positive, and confident communication skills.
Experience with reservation systems is an added advantage.
Proactive, independent, and able to take initiative.
Flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
