Simba Corporation is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive. The successful candidate will drive sales growth across the passenger vehicle portfolio, acquire new customers, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through vehicle delivery.

Position Details

Position: Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive.
Department: Business Development.
Location: Head Office, Nairobi.
Employer: Simba Corporation.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new retail, corporate, and fleet customers.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing the sales journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and coordinate financing, registration, and vehicle delivery.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and participate in sales campaigns and promotional events.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar customer facing commercial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Experience in business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, and CRM systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, planning, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
