Kabarak University invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Officer. Position: Quality Assurance Officer.

Employment Type: Three (3) Years Contract (Renewable).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor implementation of Commission for University Education (CUE) standards and guidelines.
Coordinate programme accreditation and re-accreditation processes.
Monitor implementation of the Quality Management System and ISO standards.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Coordinate performance contracting, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build capacity and sensitize staff on quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Statistics, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, computer applications, and data management systems.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in quality assurance, institutional planning, accreditation, monitoring and evaluation, or higher education administration.
Certified Quality Professional certification.
