The Loan Officer (Field) Intern supports the Operations Department in outreach, customer engagement, and loan processing activities across Bimas field offices. The internship provides practical exposure to microfinance operations and customer service while assisting branch teams with field based activities under the supervision of the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support outreach and promotion activities to create awareness of financial products and services within the community.
Assist in providing quality customer service to clients and prospective customers.
Participate in loan processing activities including client engagement and documentation support.
Work closely with branch teams in field operations and customer follow up activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or branch management team.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in a business related course or a relevant field.
Minimum KCSE grade of C plain.
Must be at least 23 years of age.
Internship Details
Department: Operations Department.
Reporting To: Branch Manager.
Internship Duration: Three months.
Internship opportunities are available in various field offices and not at the Head Office.
Internship opportunities are not compensated.
