Skyward Airlines Limited, the General Sales Agent (GSA) for South African Airways in Kenya, invites applications from highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented professionals for the position of Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Ticketing. The successful candidate will provide professional and efficient airport operations and ticketing services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

Position: Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Ticketing.
Employer: Skyward Airlines Limited.
General Sales Agent (GSA) for: South African Airways.
Location: Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

Role Purpose

Provide professional and efficient airport operations and ticketing services.
Handle passenger check-in and boarding.
Handle reservations and ticketing.
Provide baggage services and operational support.
Ensure compliance with South African Airways' service standards, aviation regulations, and safety and security requirements.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
IATA/UFTAA Foundation or Consultant Diploma.
ICM Customer Service Diploma is an added advantage.
Minimum three years' experience in airline passenger services, airport operations, ticketing, or ground handling, preferably at JKIA.
Proficiency in Amadeus Reservation and Ticketing System and other airline reservation systems.
Strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and customer service procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
