Skyward Airlines Limited, the General Sales Agent (GSA) for South African Airways in Kenya, invites applications from highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented professionals to join its growing GSA team as a Sales Executive.

Position Details

Position: Sales Executive.
Employer: Skyward Airlines Limited.
General Sales Agent (GSA) for: South African Airways.
Location: Nairobi.

Role Purpose

Drive passenger revenue growth and market share for South African Airways.
Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key business partners.
Promote the airline's products and services.
Identify new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service in line with South African Airways' commercial objectives and service standards.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Aviation Management, or a related field.
IATA/UFTAA Foundation or Consultant Diploma.
Minimum three years' experience in airline sales, travel agency sales, or aviation commercial operations.
Proficiency in Amadeus Reservation and Ticketing System and other airline reservation systems.
Strong knowledge of airline fares, reservations, ticketing, and sales processes.
Proven ability to develop and manage corporate accounts, travel trade relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
