Skyward Airlines Limited is looking for passionate and service-driven individuals to join the Commercial team as Customer Service Agent - Check-in. The successful candidates will deliver seamless passenger handling services while ensuring compliance with airline, airport, safety, and security standards.

Position Details

Position: Customer Service Agent - Check-in.
Employer: Skyward Airlines Limited.
Location: Migori Station and JKIA Station.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused passenger handling services.
Manage check-in operations.
Manage boarding operations.
Manage baggage processing.
Manage arrival operations.
Ensure compliance with Skyward Airlines' operational procedures and aviation regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in aviation management, Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
At least two years' experience in airline passenger handling, airport operations, or a similar customer service role.
Mandatory knowledge and practical experience in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with Zenith GDS proficiency highly preferred.
Sound knowledge of airline passenger handling procedures and aviation safety and security standards.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
