The overall purpose of this role is to be responsible for the brand strategy of M.P Shah Hospital's target market by ensuring brand integrity that pushes products and services that resonate with current and potential needs of the hospital through public relations and marketing campaigns.
Understand market trends and create annual brand and marketing campaigns through assessing strategic partner opportunities, reviewing market activities, understanding hospital key drivers, and delivering brand awareness in line with the hospital strategy.
Develop crisis plans and set image standards while enhancing brand visibility through the identification of CSR activities to be undertaken by the hospital on a quarterly basis.
Review all hospital documents before publication to ensure brand standardization.
Develop hospital communication materials and ensure visibility through the regular development of marketing content.
Provide support to hospital departments through patient educational materials, document editing and restructuring, signage, and branding materials.
Ensure coverage through mainstream and alternative media outlets and raise social media engagement to 1.6% per month.
Generate proposals for monthly campaigns, prepare campaign budgets, engage partners including influencers, media houses, and hospital departments, and implement campaigns.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related course.
Professional certification in Marketing such as CIM or CIPR.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in public relations and marketing, with prior experience managing a team.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
