The Sacco Assurance Graduate Trainee will report to the Sacco Assurance Officer and serve on a two year contract. The role is designed for a recent graduate seeking practical experience in insurance sales, client relationship management, policy administration, and claims handling within the Sacco Assurance unit.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell new insurance policies to prospective clients while supporting business growth.
Retain existing clients and engage new clients to maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
Track prospects, leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities to ensure effective follow up and conversion.
Prepare timely sales forecasts and field activity reports to support performance monitoring.
Gather market intelligence on insurance matters and analyze business results to review strategies and control measures.
Facilitate renewal of existing insurance policies and support claims handling and documentation processes.
Uphold and enhance the organization’s image while performing any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications
Diploma in a business related field, social sciences, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance.
Fresh university graduate with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and keen attention to detail.
