The Business Development Intern/Agent is responsible for selling Zeraki’s educational technology solutions to schools across Machakos, Embu, Nairobi, and Kiambu. The role involves onboarding new school clients, supporting existing users, gathering feedback, and contributing to strategies that uphold Zeraki’s leadership in the EdTech sector across Africa. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming education and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Zeraki’s EdTech products to schools within the assigned regions.
Onboard new schools and ensure successful product set-up and adoption.
Provide ongoing support to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and sustained usage.
Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
Work towards meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
Represent Zeraki professionally in all engagements with schools and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong passion for education and technology-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with school administrators and teachers.
Self-motivated and willing to work long hours, including nights or weekends when needed.
Ability to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High resilience and the ability to recover quickly from unsuccessful sales attempts.
No prior experience required; however, experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
