The Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of KeNIC’s digital and offline marketing initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, communications, branding, and event support while offering opportunities to build professional skills, refine career goals, and grow a strong professional network.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, newsletters, and print materials.
Monitor social media platforms, highlight inquiries, engage audiences, and analyze performance metrics.
Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline.
Support branding, content creation, and social media marketing projects.
Draft, edit, and review internal and external communications for accuracy and consistency.
Handle inbound requests from vendors and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for communication materials.
Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
Monitor market trends, feedback, and customer satisfaction levels.
Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to enhance KeNIC’s brand visibility and reputation.
Prepare proposals, reports, and other marketing documentation as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, or Graphic Design.
Proficiency in WordPress content management platform.
Basic digital marketing skills and understanding of online marketing tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite for creating marketing content.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva design platform is desirable.
Knowledge of email marketing and content creation best practices.
Required Competencies
Strong marketing and digital visibility skills using various digital technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; French language is an added advantage.
Social media content creation, distribution, engagement, and community management skills.
Content management skills, including blog updates and online content publishing.
Email marketing skills, including crafting compelling subject lines and calls to action.
Strong computer proficiency and technology adoption skills.
Effective presentation and audience engagement skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use marketing tools efficiently.

Strong communication skills across diverse and engaging channels.

Special Requirements
