The Head of Hospital Services will oversee all hospital support operations, including biomedical engineering, facilities management, supply chain, and support services. This leadership role ensures smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of non-clinical services to support patient care, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and strategic growth.

Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage hospital support functions: biomedical engineering, facilities, supply chain, and general support services.
Develop and implement strategies aligned with hospital goals to optimize service delivery.
Ensure effective operation, safety, maintenance, and compliance of all medical equipment and hospital infrastructure.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics processes to ensure cost-effective and timely supply chain operations.
Supervise support services like security, catering, and housekeeping to maintain high service standards.
Manage departmental budgets, reduce costs, and drive operational efficiency.
Plan and oversee renovation, construction, and functional space utilization projects.
Provide leadership, staff development, and performance management across departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in hospital or healthcare support services.
Experience in facilities, biomedical engineering, and supply chain within accredited hospitals is an added advantage.
