To strengthen its team, AIC Kijabe Hospital invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Hospitality Supervisor.
Job Purpose
To glorify God through the preparation, cooking, and service of food in line with defined quality standards, nutritional guidelines, and strict observance of safety and hygiene, while delivering excellent customer care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and supervise the preparation of specialized menus and customer events.
Maintain high-quality food production and service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Direct and supervise operations in the hot kitchen and cafeteria services.
Supervise kitchen personnel and ensure strict operational hygiene at all times.
Establish and manage shift objectives based on operational needs.
Monitor sales to ensure targeted and actual returns are achieved.
Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement office for selection, ordering, and purchasing of materials.
Schedule repairs and routine maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Food and Beverage Production or its equivalent.
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and supervise teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
